If you missed the newest oldest hit movie - which most recently aired quite successfully on Nickelodeon - then you better pay attention because we're recapping it right now. I'm Dana Ward talking all about Angus, Thongs and Perfect Snogging. With a name like that, you can't help but think maybe this is a beefed up, funny version of Harry Potter, but sorry guys, that's wrong... except the comedy part, of course. It's a British film, based on a book, and brought to us from the director of 'Bend It Like Beckham' and 'Bride and Prejudice' and it's already been quite popular overseas... So breaking down the actual teen movie, 'Angus, Thongs and Perfect Snogging' follows a 14-year-old girl named Georgia - played by Georgia Groome - going through the normal trials and tribulations of teenage life. She seems to find sanctuary with her cat, Angus as well as with her group of friends, interestingly named 'The Ace Gang.' Basically, Georgia has two big life goals as this point: to win a hot boyfriend and to throw the biggest 15th birthday party ever. Not to give anything away, there are definitely some funny and embarrassing scenes for viewers to enjoy. So did any of you catch the Nickelodeon broadcast of 'Angus, Thongs and Perfect Snogging'?
